Trout fishing in Wolf Creek

I just read in our paper “The Union” that there are plenty of fish in our local creeks. There are photos of fishermen casting about in Wolf Creek for trout. I didn’t realize this. It means among other things that the creek is clean from pollution. Trout will not thrive in polluted water. I don’t know how many of us are fishermen, but we will know that our creek adds to the healthy environment we are so proud of. Magdalene Jaeckel

No, Bob. That means sit and watch the trout and commune with nature. Unless there’s an overabundance. Then I’d go for trout almondine, myself.
