Speading the Word in Sonora

July 2, 2012

The Wolf Creek Lodge Marketing team continues to search for opportunities to spread the word about (senior) cohousing and Wolf Creek Lodge.

Talking in the Sonora LibraryThe Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Tuolumne County invited Claire and Bob Miller to spend a weekend in Sonora, CA talking about senior cohousing. First on Saturday Bob Miller, with Claire’s help, presented to an engaged audience in the local library. The Fellowship hosts a series “Choices and Connections”. Bob talked about making a deliberate choice as to where to live for the latter part of your life and about the importance of community.

Then on Sunday Claire gave a talk to the Fellowship’s congregation during their service that related the Unitarian Universalist seven principles to senior cohousing.
