Members of Wolf Creek Lodge visited the site prior to their General Meeting on Saturday. In the following pictures you can see the underground garage is in place providing the foundations for the Mcknight Way wing. Saw about a dozen wild turkeys on the property this weekend. Now that would be a locally grown, organic Thanksgiving dinner!!!!!
October’s biggest excitement occurred on the day the construction crew began pouring the concrete top of the parking garage (the podium), which is also the floor of the first floor units on the McKnigtht side of Wolf Creek Lodge Cohousing.
On a beautiful fall Saturday, Lodge residents visited their future homes. The top of the garage–the podium had just been poured, so this was the first time resident actually walked on their own subfloors (the slab). You can begin to really appreciate the great views these homes will have.
The crew has been busy putting in stormwater, fire and water lines, digging footings for the East Wing foundation, installing the plumbing that runs under the slabs and beginning to prep the site for upcoming rains
Progress on the Wolf Creek Lodge Cohousing buildings continues full steam ahead. Last week they poured the slab for the parking garage. Now, on to the podium above!
This last Tuesday, the crew poured the concrete walls for the underground garage of Wolf Creek Lodge. Very exciting with all the concrete trucks lined up. Steady process is being made on the Wolf Creek Lodge construction site as they finish the formwork of the garage walls, and get ready to pour those walls next week. Down the hill, they are putting the sewer line in the lower road. Its a shame how much work gets buried underground so no one [...]
Last Saturday was the community’s monthly construction site visit. Here you can see them attentively studying the forming of the concrete walls of the parking garage. Notice the view from the future Wolf Creek Lodge Cohousing terrace in the background. And don’t those hardhats looks stylist!
